CLASS 1 - INDIVIDUAL MENTAL TRAINING:
Struggle with mental blocks? Fears? Anxiety about being out of the gym for so long? Want to compete better? Just want to improve your mental game?

CLASS 2 - BEGINNER CLASS
Looking to improve your tumbling and balance beam skills? We will go over handstands, cartwheels, bridges, rolls, and jumps and leaps. We will also do some balance beam basics. Everything can be done in your living room.
Class offered on a private Facebook group that will be sent to you prior to the first day.
CLASS 3 - HIGH PERFORMANCE CLASS
Are you a competitive level gymnast looking to improve your gymnastics from home? This is the class for you. Head Coach Kasey Crawford will teach about fears/mental blocks, cue words, affirmations, visualization, and provide some drills for upper level gymnastics you can do at home.
Class offered on a private Facebook group that will be sent to you prior to the first day
Must have 5 participants in each class to run.
